Fondant Recipe For 500gram icing sugar
Fondant which also means fondant icing is a paste that is use to cover a cake or cupcakes, which is made with some recipes
FONDANT RECIPE FOR
500g of icing sugar
1tablespoon of gelatin
1tablespoon of glucose
1/2tablespoon of cmc
4tablespoon of water
Step1: In a bowl sieve the 500g of icing sugar
Step2:Add the cmc to the icing sugar
Step3:get a saucepan add some little water inside the saucepan
Step4:get a cup add the 4tablespoon of water inside the cup
Step5:Then put the cup inside the saucepan and let the water warm a little bit
Step6:Then add the gelatin and stir until well dissolved
Step7:Add the glucose inside the dissolved gelatin and also stir well until the two(gelatin/glucose) are well dissolved
Step8:then add it inside the (icing sugar /cmc) gradually until you get a sticky dough
NOTE: If the water is not enough you can add 1tbspoon more gradually
